Steamed Spare Ribs with Fermented Black Beans

Siemens built-in steam ovens to cook Steamed Spare Ribs with Fermented Black Beans. Steamed pork ribs with fermented black beans is a traditional Cantonese dish with delicious flavors. The meat juice locked / sealed / kept inside the ribs and presenting a unique soft and glutinous taste.

Ingredients

500 g Spare ribs

5 g Chopped garlic

10 g Shaoxing wine

20 g Oyster sauce

3 g Salt

5 g Minced ginger

2 g Cornstarch

Moderate Scallion

Sauce:

20 g Cooking oil

5 g Chopped garlic

100 g Water

30 g Fermented Black Beans

Instructions

Step 1-6

  1. Soak the spare ribs in water for half an hour, drain and set aside.
  2. Mix the garlic, ginger, Shaoxing wine, oyster sauce, salt, and cornstarch, add to the ribs and marinate for half an hour.
  3. To prepare the sauce, cook cooking oil, fermented black beans, garlic over Siemens induction hob medium heat until fragrant, add water and bring it to boil, pour over the marinated ribs.
  4. Fill the water tank with water, put the porcelain plate on the perforated container, and place inside the Siemens Built-in Steam Oven.
  5. Select the Siemens Built-in Steam Oven automatic cooking program P07, press the start/stop button.
  6. Put the coriander on top and serve.
