Siemens built-in steam ovens to cook steamed hairy crabs. Steam is the best way to cook the season hairy crabs and preserve the flavor. The tenderness of the crab meat really makes you mouth-watering.

Ingredients

3 pcs Hairy crabs (about 150g each)

3 pcs Perilla leaves

20 g Ginger

35 g Crab vinegar

Instructions

Step 1-5

Clean the hairy crabs.
Put the crab belly upside down on a perforated container, and put perilla leaves on the crab belly.
Fill the water tank with water, place the perforated container inside the Siemens built-in steam oven, and put the solid container underneath to collect the dripping juice.
Select the automatic cooking program P04 of Siemens built-in steam oven and press the start/stop button.
To prepare the dipping sauce: chop ginger and mix well with crab vinegar. Serve.
