Welcome to the Siemens direct order booking service. Here you will be able to book a repair appointment swiftly and seamlessly.

Before you start, please review the following conditions to ascertain your appliance eligibility for our online booking service.

1. The Appliance is covered by an Extended Warranty - please contact Customer Service at Siemens.hk.service@bshg.com or Customer Service Hotline +852 2565 6151 to book the repair booking directly.

2. For Small Domestic Appliance – please click here to preview the walk-in repair arrangement.

E-number is the model-number of your appliance. Siemens Service needs it to prepare the visit e.g. providing the needed spare parts to the engineer before the visit. You can find the E-number on the rating plate of your home appliance.
