Terms and conditions - ASIA MILES Siemens Showroom exclusive offer

1. Persons fulfilling all the following requirements (“Eligible Participants”) may enter the Event:

a) Aged 18 or above and either (i) a permanent resident of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“Hong Kong”) with a valid Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card (“Permanent Resident”) or (ii) a non-permanent resident of Hong Kong with a valid Hong Kong Identity Card (“Non-permanent Resident”).

b) Consume Siemens products in Siemens Home Appliances Flagship Showroom OR official e-shop with eligible receipt (based on a single receipt) to be qualified for the designated schemes of Asia Miles Rewards.

  • Purchase Siemens free-standing dishwashers/ washers/ washer-dryer for 1 Asia Mile at a rate of every $5 of purchase amount.
  • Purchase designated models of Siemens cooling equipment for 1 Asia Mile at a rate of every $2 of purchase amount.
  • Purchase <$40k of Siemens built-in home appliances for 1 Asia Mile at a rate of every $4 of purchase amount.
  • Purchase >$40k of Siemens built-in home appliances for 1 Asia Mile at a rate of every $2 of purchase amount.

c) Agreed to and abided by all terms and conditions of the Event.

2. By participating in the event and providing personal information to BSH Home Appliances Limited, the participant is deemed to have accepted and agreed to the terms and conditions applicable to the Event.

3. Participants failing to comply with these terms and conditions will be automatically disqualified from participating in the Event without further notice from BSH Home Appliances Limited.

4. The participant is required to submit accurate personal information, including (i) name same as the one in Cathay membership (ii) Cathay membership number. All personal information collected will be used solely for the Event. For patronages on e-shops, our brand representatives will contact the awardees for personal information above.

5. Participants must ensure that all information provided is authentic and correct that no third-party information has been used fraudulently or misappropriated. BSH Home Appliances Limited reserves the right to disqualify any Participant found or suspected of taking part in the event using a false identity or attempting to use any program to influence the event process or results. Any receipts which are incomplete, fake, copy, broken, reprint, edited, smeared or not within the promotion period will not be accepted. The Company also reserves the right to recover damages or other compensation from such person.

6. All submission dates and times are recorded according to the reception of the BSH Home Appliances Limited server. BSH Home Appliances Limited will not be liable for submission delay, loss, error, or illegibility due to technical problems caused by computer or internet network issues.

7. The Event is open from November 1, 2023 until December 10, 2023 (close at 23:59 HKT) OR until all Asia Miles in the Event have been given away. Participants must fulfill the orders with eligible delivery note by December 15, 2023 (close at 23:59 HKT) as a confirmation of the purchase. 7. 8. The winners must have an existing Cathay membership account and provide Cathay membership account information to BSH Home Appliances Limited for the purpose of crediting of Asia Miles. Winner must sign up for Cathay membership account through Cathay Pacific website before Submission Deadline if he or she is not currently a Cathay member.

9. For the avoidance of doubt, valid Cathay membership account must be held by the Winner BSH Home Appliances Limited does not accept any Cathay membership accounts that are not held by the Winner for the purpose of crediting of Asia Miles. Successful registration cannot be cancelled or modified. For a Winner who has submitted multiple registrations, only the latest registration record made on or before Submission Deadline will be taken by BSH Home Appliances Limited for the purpose of crediting of Asia Miles.

10. BSH Home Appliances Limited will provide the Winners’ Cathay membership information, including surname, given name, membership number, and the number of Asia Miles rewarded, if any, to Cathay Pacific Airways Limited for the crediting of the Asia Miles. Upon receiving such information from BSH Home Appliances Limited, Cathay Pacific Airways Limited will credit the Asia Miles rewarded to the respective Winner’s Cathay membership account within 4-8 weeks after the corresponding Submission Deadline as stated in Clause 5 above (“Asia Miles Fulfilment Date”).

11. Each Winner acknowledges that the Asia Miles rewarded shall be credited to his/her Cathay membership account by Cathay Pacific Airways Limited. BSH Home Appliances Limited will use its best endeavour to provide the necessary information to Cathay Pacific Airways Limited to facilitate this purpose; however, BSH Home Appliances Limited makes no warranty that the Asia Miles rewarded will be accurately credited to the Cathay membership account by Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and accepts no liability for failure or delay in the crediting of Asia Miles to Winner’s Cathay membership account for any reason beyond BSH Home Appliances Limited’s control. BSH Home Appliances Limited accepts no liability relating to the Asia Miles, including but not limited to the expiry date, usage and redemption. For enquiries relating to crediting of the Asia Miles and the relevant terms and conditions, please contact Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and/or refer to Cathay Pacific Airways Limited website at www.asiamiles.com.

12. Terms and conditions of Asia Miles apply for redemption and/or use of Asia Miles. For details, please visit www.asiamiles.com. BSH Home Appliances Limited is not obliged to notify Winners of any changes or latest announcements of Cathay Pacific Airways Limited. Winners understand and accept that BSH Home Appliances Limited is not the supplier of the Cathay membership account, the Asia Miles rewarded or any redeemed items. BSH Home Appliances Limited shall bear no liability relating to any aspect of the Cathay membership account, the Asia Miles or any redeemed items, including without limitation, the supply, the descriptions of the Cathay membership account, the Asia Miles or any redeemed items provided by the supplier(s), any false trade description, misrepresentation, misstatement, omission, unauthorized representation, unfair trade practices or conduct in connection with the Cathay membership account, the Asia Miles or any redeemed items provided by the supplier(s), their respective employees, officers or agents.

13. Any information submitted via BSH Home Appliances Limited after the Submission Deadline, or which is incorrect or insufficient for the purpose of crediting Asia Miles as considered by BSH Home Appliances Limited or Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, will not be entertained and BSH Home Appliances Limited shall have the right to forfeit a Winner’s eligibility without prior notice and replace with another Eligible Client for the Lucky Draw Prize. BSH Home Appliances Limited accepts no liability in relation to the forfeiture and winner replacement and will not be liable for any compensation to winners who have failed to provide the required Cathay membership account information for the purpose of crediting Asia Miles as mentioned above. Each Winner will receive the Prize once only and no replacement will be provided by BSH Home Appliances Limited in any circumstances.

14. The Prizes of the Event are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, redeemed or converted for bonus points, cash, cash rebate and/or other products/services.

15. BSH Home Appliances Limited reserves the right to request winners to present Hong Kong Identity Cards for identity verification and reserves the right to the final decision on all results.

16. All registered information and prize results of the Event will be based on the computer records of BSH Home Appliances Limited. The Event and its judging results are non-disputable.

17. Participants must ensure that all the information filled in or provided is true and correct, and that no information from any third party is counterfeited or stolen. Participants will not be able to modify the registered information after completion. Any false or incorrect information will be automatically disqualified from participation. BSH Home Appliances Limited will not be responsible for any failure of BSH Home Appliances Limited to notify the participants or arrange for the mileage to be credited due to incorrect or false information.

18. For anyone who violates the terms and conditions of this event, BSH Home Appliances Limited has the right to disqualify any person from participating or winning prizes, and reserves the right to pursue any violation of this event.

19. BSH Home Appliances Limited will not be responsible for any losses suffered by participants due to participation in this Event.

20. In case of any dispute regarding this Event, BSH Home Appliances Limited reserves the right to make the final and binding decision.

21. Participants hereby acknowledge and agree that even though they will each execute both an English and a Chinese version of this Terms & Condition, if and to the extent that there is any conflict or inconsistencies between the English and Chinese versions of this Terms & Condition, the Chinese version of this Terms & Condition shall always prevail, and no Party shall take any steps which may be inconsistent with the foregoing.
