At the beginning of planning a new kitchen, there are many questions. No surprise, because a new kitchen is a long-term investment, which should be planned carefully.

Step 1: Choose the shape

Equip your preparation area for more than preparation
Good preparation is half the success - this also applies to your kitchen. That is why it's especially important to have enough workspace in the preparation area for supplying all ingredients and the necessary kitchen accessories. But of course, you can also use this area for other purposes like a well-deserved break.
Design the cooking area according to your taste
Oven, hob and hood are the central elements in the cooking area. While the hob and oven should be matched to the size of your household and your individual cooking preferences, the choice of the extractor hood also has an impact on the look of your kitchen: a worktop ventilation makes the room appear completely different compared to a wall mounted appliance.
