Apple Rose Tarts

INGREDIENTS
1 pack, Puff Pastry Sheet (defrosted)
2 Apples
½ Lemon (juice)
1 tbsp, Flour
3 tbsp, Fruit jam
Cinnamon powder
Icing sugar (for decoration)

Method

1. Prepare a bowl of water mixed with lemon juice. Cut half the apples, remove the seeds and slice. Keep the apple peels and place the apple slices into lemon water.

2. Microwave the apple slices until slightly soft. Pan-fry can be an alternative.

3. Sprinkle flour over the pastry sheet to roll and slightly press it. Cut the dough into 6 portions. Each portion with size around 5cm x 22cm.

4. Spread the jam on the dough.

5. Preheat the oven to 190℃

6. Place the apple slices on the pastry dough and sprinkle cinnamon powder.

7. Fold up the pastry dough from the bottom.

8. Roll up the pastry dough and join the edges. Put it into a cup cake mold.

9. Repeat all the steps for the remaining rose tarts. Bake in a 190℃ oven for around 20 minutes.
