Ingredients

500g Fresh bass
15g Cooking wine
2g Salt
10g Scallion
3-4 Sliced ginger
Sauce
10g Scallion
8g Green pepper
8g Red pepper
20g Oil
25g Fish soy sauce

Steps

1. Prepare all the ingredients.

2. Cut scallion into sections and ginger into slices for marinating the bass. Shred scallion, green pepper and red pepper for seasoning.

3.Scale and remove internal organs and gill of bass, clean it. Marinate the bass with salt, cooking wine, scallion and sliced ginger for half an hour.

4.Fill the tank with water. Place the marinated bass on fish platter, then put it on steam container and place it inside oven at level 2 together with glass tray, press the start to run the program.

5.When the program is finished, take out the platter, remove the scallion and ginger, drain off the juice from the platter. Sprinkle with the shreds of scallion, green pepper and red pepper. Heat up oil and pour on the steamed bass.

6.Add in fish soy sauce and enjoy it.
