Ingredients

300g Enoki mushroom
50g Garlic
40g Chopped pepper
25g Fish soy sauce
1 Pinch Chives
40g Oil

Steps

1. Prepare all the ingredients.

2. Remove garlic skin and mince it, clean and chop the chives, set aside.

3. Pour 40g cooking oil into cold wok, stir in the minced garlic until light brown and fragrant, set aside.

4. Cut the root of enoki mushroom, wash and drain, put the mushroom into deep plate. Place fried minced garlic and 40g chopped pepper on enoki mushroom.

Tip: A deep plate is needed, because enoki mushroom separates out much water.

5. Fill the tank with water, put the plate on steam container and place it inside oven at level 2 together with glass tray, press start to run the program.

6. When the program is finished, take out the plate and pour out the liquid. Sprinkle with the chopped chives, add 25g fish soy sauce and enjoy it.。
