Ingredients

2 Pears (approx. 300g/pear)
20g Rock sugar

Steps

1. Prepare all the ingredients.

2. Cut horizontally 2cm from the top of pears and remove the pits(try not to pit through).

3. Put pears in stew pots (approx. 12cm in diameter), add rock sugar and cover with the pear top.

4. Put stew pots on glass tray, place the glass tray inside oven at level 2, fill the tank with water, press start to run the program.

5. When the program is finished, take out and enjoy it.
