Pan fried Shanghai crab dumpling

INGREDIENTS
100g Crab roe meat
300g Shrimp
1pc Bean Curd
1.5 tsp Chicken powder
2 tsp Caltrop starch
30g Dry scallops

Method

1. Bean curd is cut into square and cut into 2 pieces.

2. Wash and shell shrimp. Wipe dry and finely chop to make shrimp paste.

3. Mix shrimp paste with chicken powder and caltrop starch until sticky.

4. Spread shrimp paste on bean curd evenly. Place crab roe and dry scallop on top. Cover with a piece of bean curd.

5. Fry over low heat until done and serve.
