Stewed Pigeons with Yams and Wolfberries

INGREDIENTS
2 Slaughtered pigeons
1 tael Chinese Yam slices
15 Wolfberries
2 pc Ginger
2 stalks Spring onions
3 bottles Mineral water
7 Hua Diao wine
2 g Pepper
8 g Salt

Method

1. Cut pigeons into big pieces.

2. Blanch and rinse pigeon pieces.

3. Put pigeon pieces in a soup bowl. Add mineral water, yams, wolfberries, wine, salt, pepper, spring onions and ginger.

4. Place the soup bowl in the steam oven. Set and start the cooking program.
