1. Prepare all the ingredients.
Tip: Defrost egg tart skin in advance.
2. Mix 30g sugar into 100g milk until blended.
3. Whisk 2 eggs and add in milk mixture together with 100g cream, mix and sift it, set aside.
4. Put the egg tart skins on the glass tray, pour the mixture into tart skins to eighty percent full.
5. Place the glass tray inside oven at level 2, press start to run the program.
6. When the program is finished, take out and enjoy it.
