265g Milk 45g Sugar 100g Egg mixture (approx. 2 eggs) |
Caramel 30g Castor sugar 30g Hot water (approx. 80°C) |
1. Prepare all the ingredients.
2. Mix the sugar into milk until blended. Whisk the eggs in another container.
3. Pour milk into the egg mixture, mix and sift twice to remove the bubbles.
4. Pour the mixture in pudding moulds, approx. 95g for each.
5. Put pudding moulds on glass tray, place the glass tray inside oven at level 2, fill the tank with water, press start to run the program.
6. To prepare caramel: add 30g castor sugar into the small pot and heat it up until dark brown, stir in 30g hot water (approx. 80°C), then cool the pot in cold water.
Tip: Wear oven gloves while making caramel to prevent scald.
7. When the program is finished, take it out. After cooling, add some caramel then enjoy it. Better flavor can be achieved after cooling in refrigerator.
