3-4 Long ribs (approx. 500g) 100g Garlic 3-5 Sliced ginger 20g Fish soy sauce 30g Oyster sauce 2g Dark soy sauce 10g Oil |
1. Prepare all the ingredients.
2. Remove garlic skin and mince it, cut 3-5 sliced ginger.
3. Cut each long rib into two sections, clean and set aside.
4. Season the ribs with 50g minced garlic, 20g fish soy sauce, 30g oyster sauce, 2g dark soy sauce, 3-5 sliced ginger and 10g oil for not less than 2 hours in refrigerator.
5. Place the ribs evenly on grid, place the grid inside oven at level 3 and the glass tray at level 2 to collect the dripping liquid, press the start to run the program.
6. When the program is finished, take out and enjoy it.
