2 Pieces sirloin steak (200-250)g / piece 0.5g Grind black pepper 4g Salt 10g Oil |
Dip 150g Onion 30g Butter 1g Grind black pepper 2g Sugar 3g Salt 25g Cream |
1. Prepare all the ingredients. Prepare steak as much as you need. The steak should be in the weight of (200-250)g and has a thickness less than 2cm.
2. Take the steaks out of refrigerator and dry the surface, sprinkle with the mixed 0.5g grind black pepper and 4g salt evenly on steak, brush 10g cooking oil on the surface. Please do not brush away the seasoning on the surface.
3. Put the steaks on grid, place the grid inside oven at level 3, glass tray at level 2 to collect the dripping liquid, press the start to run the program.
4. Prepare steak sauce: peel off and chop 150g onion, melt 30g butter in non-stick pan with low power, then add the chopped onion, stir fry until soft, add 1g grind black pepper, 2g sugar, 3g salt and 25g cream, keep stirring and take out until thickened. Keep warm for preparation.
Tip: If the butter separates out obviously, add a little cream.
5. When the program is finished, take out, enjoy it with sauce.
