300g Flour 3g Dried yeast 25g Sugar 5g Oil 160g Warm water (approx. 38°C) 1g Salt |
1. Prepare all the ingredients.
2. Mix all ingredients and knead it. Put the dough in a container, cover with plastic wrap.
3. Put the container on grid and place it inside oven at level 2 (high container should be at level 1). Choose hot air mode and set temperature as 40°C, time as 30min. Take it out until the dough ferments to double in size.
Tip: Lengthen or shorten the fermentation time properly according to the actual condition. If the temperature is lower than 20°C, ferment for a longer time.
4. Divide the dough into 12 equal parts and shape them into buns with smooth surface.
5. Put the buns on the steam container lined with oil paper, covered by dry cloth on the surface, place the container combined with glass tray inside oven at level 2. Choose hot air mode and set temperature as 40°C and time as 20 min, ferment until the size expands to approx. 1.5 times.
Tip: Lengthen or shorten the fermentation time properly according to the actual condition. If the temperature is lower than 20°C, ferment for a longer time.
6. Remove the cloth, fill the tank with water. Select ""Steamed Bun"" automatic program, press start to run the program.
7. When the program is finished, take out and enjoy it.
