300g Cod (approx. 2cm thick) 3g Salt 8g Scallion 3 Sliced ginger |
Sauce 10g Scallion 5-6 Wolfberries 10g Oil 10g Fish soy sauce |
1. Prepare all the ingredients.
Tip: Thaw the cod in refrigerator.
2.Cut 8g scallion into sections and 3 sliced ginger for marinating. Shred 10g scallion and soak 5-6 wolfberries in clear water for seasoning.
3.Rinse the cod with water and pat them dry. Spread 3g salt evenly on both sides and put it on plate. Sprinkle scallion sections and sliced ginger on the surface of cod.
4.Fill the tank with water, put the plate on steam container and place it inside oven at level 2 together with glass tray, press the start to run the program.
5.When the program is finished, take out the plate, put the scallion shreds and wolfberries on the steamed cod. Heat up 10g oil and pour on the cod.
6.Add in 10g fish soy sauce and enjoy it.
