Ingredients

Crabs (approx. 150g/crab)
30g Cooking wine
Dip
5g Coriander
15g Ginger
50g Crab vinegar

Steps

1. Prepare all the ingredients.

2. Soak the crabs in water for 30 minutes and brush to clean up the crabs.

3. Season with 30g cooking wine.

4. Fill the tank with water. Put crabs on steam container, then place the container inside oven at level 2 together with glass tray, press start to run the program.

5. To prepare the dip: chop 5g coriander, 15g ginger, add in 50g crab vinegar and mix well.

6. When the program is finished, take out and enjoy it with the dip.
