2 Eggs (approx. 50g/egg) 60g Shrimps Half of a shiitake mushroom 1.5g Salt 180g Water 3-5 Sliced ginger 5g Cooking wine 5g Light soy sauce 1 Pinch chopped chives |
1. Prepare all the ingredients.
2. Remove the head, shell and veins of shrimps, marinate shrimps with sliced ginger and cooking wine. Wash and slice the mushroom. Stir the eggs, then add salt and water. Pour it into a 8 inch deep plate (4.5 inch bowl used for 1 egg), add the prepared shrimps and sliced mushroom.
Tip: Size and thickness of plate affect the result.
3. Put the plate on steam container, place the container combined with glass tray inside oven at level 2, fill the tank with water, press start to run the program.
4. When the program is finished, take it out and sprinkle with some light soy sauce and chopped chives on the surface of custard. Then enjoy it.
