Ingredients

150g Flour
3g Dried yeast
150g Milk (approx. 38ºC)
50g Egg
30g Brown sugar

Steps

1. Prepare all the ingredients.

2. Mix all the ingredients and stir until no particles left.

Tip: Brown sugar can be grinded in advance.

3. Pour it into 6-inch mould, put the mould on steam container, place the container combined with glass tray inside oven at level 2. Choose hot air mode and set temperature as 40°C and time as 30min until the dough ferments to double in size. Fill the tank with water. Select ""Steamed Fagao"" automatic program, press the start to run the program.

Tip: Lengthen or shorten the fermentation time properly according to the actual condition. If the temperature is lower than 20°C, ferment for a longer time.

4. When the program is finished, take out and enjoy it.
