300g Prawns 15g Cooking wine 10g Scallion 3-4 Sliced ginger |

1. Prepare all the ingredients.
2.Cut the 10g scallion into sections and 3-4 sliced ginger for marinating. Remove garlic skin and mince it, chop the chive, set aside.
3.Rinse the prawns with water, remove the feelers and rostrum, then devein.
4.Marinade the prawns with 15g cooking wine, 10g scallion and 3-4 sliced ginger for about 30 minutes.
5.To prepare minced garlic oil: add 80g oil, stir in minced garlic with low power until light brown, season with 5g salt. Set aside.
6.Put the marinated prawns on plate, pour the minced garlic oil on prawns and add 10g light soy sauce.
7.Fill the tank with water and place the steam container inside oven at level 2 together with glass tray, press the start to run the program.
8.When the program is finished, take out the plate, sprinkle with the chopped chive and enjoy it.
